You can reclaim whole-person wellness that allows you to live boldly and joyfully. Whether you need to address a specific injury or traumatic event or simply want some restorative guidance and bodywork, I am here to help. In my practice, I offer a range of modalities that speak to the whole person.

But trauma, illness, injury, and other life circumstances can disrupt and dampen our wild hearts. Not because of something we do wrong, but because the world’s events and energy disrupt our journey. Situations both big and small can impact our feelings of stability, causing us to retreat from our wild side to seek safety.
Bodywork can help relieve pain from injuries, assist in recovery after surgery, or just offer a rejuvenating and relaxing experience. Through acupuncture, massage, and somatic experiencing, we also can address your body’s response to trauma and other circumstances. And through tarot readings and my work as a secular minister, I can help you process your emotional and spiritual experiences.

Based in Boulder, Colorado, I work with clients in-person and remotely. For those in the area, I can meet with you here in the office, or I can come to you. I work with clients in Boulder, Longmont, Louisville, Lafayette, Arvada, and Lyons. And when I’m not with clients, you’re likely to find me with a bunch of animals or enjoying the incredible outdoors here in Colorado…or both!
